Parify provides ESL worksheets, lesson plans, speaking cards, audio files, educational resources, and teaching tools, available in both free and personalized / customized formats. Users may browse, preview, download, or save materials to their personal library depending on their account type.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Parify.
• Your account may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

If you use Parify on behalf of a school, business, or organization, you confirm that you have permission to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree to:

• Use a valid email address that you personally own.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Verify your email address before full access is granted.

3.2 Fraud & Fake Accounts

Creating fake accounts, using disposable emails to bypass limits, or accessing restricted content without permission may result in account suspension or removal. Parify reserves the right to block accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

4. Ownership & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all worksheets, lesson plans, videos, audio files, images, designs, and written content available on Parify are original works created by the Parify team and protected under international copyright law.

4.1 You may:

• Download and print materials for personal or classroom use.
• Use materials in tutoring sessions with your own students.

4.2 You may NOT:

• Re-upload Parify materials to other websites or apps.
• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute materials commercially.
• Modify and claim materials as your own.
• Use scripts, bots, or automated scraping to collect content.

Parify actively monitors for copyright violations and may issue takedown notices or pursue legal action where necessary.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Parify. Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Downloading excessive materials using automation or scripts.
• Attempting to bypass account verification or download restrictions.
• Posting harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Engaging in activity that disrupts platform performance.

6. Account Suspension

Parify reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or abuses download limits or platform functionality.

7. Disclaimers

Parify materials are designed for educational use but we do not guarantee outcomes such as exam results or language proficiency improvements.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated version.
